Before anything else, here’s my Day 13 Project 365. The faucet was left open by our house help while she was cleaning the car. I grabbed the opportunity and wasted more water.
Anyway, Chuvaness is having a contest over at her blog. All readers have to do is to create a style and they could get a chance to win one of the 3 Sony Ericsson phones she’s giving away. I totally watned to join. I still do actually. It’s just that she wants the participants to use looklet.com. It’s not bad. But there aren’t that much choices for the pieces. And we can’t clip product pictures from other sites. But they do have a model, which allows the user to see how their outfit would look on an actual person. Except that what if you’re 10 times the size of the model they’re using? Wouldn’t the results be a little different? A lot different?
I’m still using Polyvore for my paper-dolling, just-because-i-can’t-afford-it-doesn’t-mean-i-can’t-put-an-outfit-together moods. And looklet has nothing on Polyvore.
Compare.
